We want you to love your Kirstin Ash pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are ineligible for return unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Kirstin Ash packaging and secure it within a protective shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
